论文专著

长期从事自旋电子学材料、物理与器件方面的研究工作。以高自旋极化铁磁性薄膜材料为研究对象,以提高材料性能满足实际应用为目标导向,以解明高自旋极化铁磁性材料及其复合结构的磁学和自旋相关输运特性的内在物理机制为核心。开展了高自旋铁磁性半金属薄膜、铁磁性金属纳米复合薄膜材料的制备和物性研究工作,旨在揭示这些体系中丰富物理性质的内在机制和联系,为其在自旋电子学器件上的应用提供重要的理论依据和实验基础。在此基础上,进行自旋电子学器件的研究工作,为其实际应用提供重要支撑。在Adv. Mater.、JACS、Scientific Reports、APL、Acta Mater.等期刊上发表SCI论文165篇,第一作者37篇,通讯62篇。被包括美国、德国等48个国家的研究人员他引1300余次,SCI他引1150余次。多次参加国际和国内学术会议,并作邀请和口头报告。已授权发明专利7项,主持国家基金4项、省部级7项,其它5项;出版教材/专著2部《自旋电子学基础》《高自旋极化磁性材料》。
