摘要：    

I will reviewthe theory status and recent progress in the precision calculations of heavyhadron decays, with an introduction to the fundamental questions in heavyquark physics and some general  discussion  on the experimentalprograms carried out in the flavor factories.  Focusing on a personalselection of topics, this covers  the determination of CKM matrixelement  |V_ub|, QCD aspects of electroweak penguin decays of Bmesons, and  the modern approaches to charmless hadronic B decays.  

报告人介绍： 

南开大学物理学院教授，在国际一流学术刊物上发表论文40多篇，被引用约1900次，3篇引用200次以上，2008年中国百篇最具影响力论文，获高能物理学会“晨光杯”二等奖。是核物理A (NPA)优秀审稿人（2012），欧洲物理期刊(EPJC)杰出审稿人（2014）。
